The Behavioral Technician – Crisis Center (Weekend/Overnight) role is onsite in Wentzville, MO, with compensation of $19 per hour. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. The role supports individuals receiving care at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center. Working under the Triage Clinician Lead, the technician provides person-centered support during behavioral health crises, helps maintain safety and meet daily needs, and shares observations with the treatment team to support care.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support and assist with daily needs
• monitor safety and engage with individuals
• participate in medication administration following L1MA training
• share observations and feedback with the treatment team
• help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming center
• mentor new staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
