What you'll do

  • Develop strategies to attract employer sponsors and participants
  • recruit employers and youth
  • coordinate job matching with team members
  • maintain employer relationships
  • use workforce agencies, job fairs, and community resources to build job opportunities
  • educate participants on job searches
  • monitor placements and employer feedback
  • prepare monthly reports
  • track grant outcomes
  • monitor youth employment law compliance
  • transport youth and operate institute vehicles as required.

Why this role
