What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual through final construction estimates
• review plans, specifications, and project documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering alternatives
• assist with budgets and preliminary schedules
• participate in estimate reviews and project turnover
• maintain estimating records and support proposals and estimating processes.
