What you'll do

• Proctor oral saliva-based drug screens in virtual sessions
• communicate with candidates and internal team members
• resolve technical or service issues within policy
• maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• prepare test kits through assembly, boxing, and label printing or cutting
• assist with pick, pack, and shipping activities
• complete special projects as assigned.
