What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize food-service areas, kitchen equipment, dining rooms, restrooms, and hand-wash stations
• sweep and mop floors
• prepare sanitizing solutions according to instructions
• empty and transport trash and recycling
• report equipment maintenance needs
• follow infection-control, food-safety, and sanitation procedures
• complete required reports and participate in department meetings and training.
