House Supervisor

What you'll do

• Support staffing, orientation, education, scheduling, coaching, and counseling
• collaborate with nursing managers and directors to maintain high-quality nursing care
• address patient and family concerns
• respond to emergencies and unusual events
• collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff
• make decisions about staff resources and patient placement
• support operational standards and system improvements.
