The General Manager (GM) is the top-level manager in our restaurants. The GM has full profit and loss responsibility and manages the overall operations of the restaurant. He/she manages staffing levels and develops assistant managers, shift leads and team members to deliver store performance that. executes Shakey’s Fast, Friendly, Clean standards and achieves store financial objectives.
