What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, transfers, repositioning, walking, and exercises
• support meals and dining
• document resident interactions and care outcomes
• communicate changes and concerns to the charge nurse
• collect non-invasive specimens
• provide housekeeping and laundry assistance
• support wellness and recreational programs.
