Compensation is $17–$24 per hour. The Yard Operations Associate — Building Materials role is onsite in Orofino, ID. Starting wages are based on experience and education; as a numeric amount. Best Built Builders Supply is part of TAL Building Centers, whose mission is to help build better communities. The role supports customers and store operations by assisting with building materials, loading and unloading products, and stocking the lumber yard and warehouse. Safe, accurate material handling and coordinated customer service help customers obtain the materials they purchased.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, assess assistance needs and invoices, direct customers to purchased materials, assist with loading and unloading, verify loaded materials against paid invoices, and communicate with sales and yard teams.
• May pull and bundle delivery loads, operate forklifts and light trucks after training, approval, and certification, and use a radial arm or panel saw to cut materials.
• Report unsafe conditions, damage, incidents, and accidents promptly.
