Apartment Make Ready Technician / Porter

The Apartment Make Ready Technician / Porter role is onsite in Central Austin, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. Hire Priority Staffing is recruiting for a multifamily apartment community. The role prepares vacant apartments for new residents and supports daily property maintenance. It helps the maintenance team complete turns, basic work orders, and repairs so units and shared areas are ready and functional.

What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• assist with apartment turns, punch work, and unit preparation
• complete basic work orders and maintenance tasks
• assist with repairs to appliances, fixtures, doors, cabinets, and walls
• maintain unit cleanliness and readiness
• and coordinate daily priorities with the maintenance team.
