The role also guides dietary staff, maintains food-safety records and inventory, and coordinates with care and nursing teams to support residents’ dining experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food at appropriate temperatures and portions
• follow rotating menus and provide feedback
• take and serve orders
• prepare special and modified diets
• stock service kitchens
• coordinate with managers, associates, care partners, nurses, and the Crane House director
• maintain temperature logs and meal records
• manage food, equipment, and supply inventory
• communicate diet changes
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas
• store or dispose of food safely
• lead by example and reinforce policies.
