The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregiver role is an onsite, in-home position serving Port St. Lucie and Martin County, FL. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Senior Care at Home provides one-on-one care to help clients live safely and independently at home. The caregiver assists with daily living activities, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation when applicable. The role follows individualized care plans, observes and reports changes, and promotes each client’s dignity, safety, comfort, and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, lifting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• assist with transportation when applicable
• observe and report changes
• follow care plans and agency policies.
