What you'll do

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections
• organize and monitor business-office operations and supervise assigned personnel
• gather payer information from families and enter it into the EHR
• assist with Medicaid Pending applications
• protect patient financial data
• maintain financial records, receipts, deposits, and payment records
• coordinate billing requirements with the home office and payers
• manage census balancing and billing close activities
• maintain resident trust accounts, petty cash, personnel files, HRIS updates, staffing and census reports, and OSHA logs.
