What you'll do
- Provide individual psychosocial rehabilitation services
- help clients set treatment goals and develop social, interpersonal, and daily living skills. Support coping strategies and community connections, provide crisis intervention, document services within 24 hours, attend agency meetings and supervision, coordinate with the service team, monitor rehabilitation status, and maintain weekly community-resource appointments.
