Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, fixed-asset, and project documentation
• reconcile intercompany balances and credit cards
• assist with bank reconciliations and deposit verification
• perform data entry and cost coding
• support month-, quarter-, and year-end tasks
• prepare cost sheets, invoicing, payroll reporting, and research
• assist with ad hoc reporting
• record income and expenses under U.S. GAAP and company policies.
