What you'll do
- Guide families through immigration-related processes and connect them with benefits and resources
- conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop service plans
- coordinate with legal providers and partner attorneys
- identify eligible families and conduct outreach
- advocate for access to housing, education, employment, and community resources
- collaborate with case managers, housing coordinators, and shelter staff
- use trauma-informed practices
- travel throughout the five boroughs.
