What you'll do

• Provide nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues
• assess patient and family needs, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan and implement interventions, coordinate care, provide health teaching, and evaluate goals
• maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and protect patient privacy
• coordinate care delivery and act on clinical priorities to improve outcomes.
