The Registered Nurse (RN) — Morning Shift role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $39–$43 per hour. The scheduled shift is 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Alden Lincoln Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center seeks to maintain high-quality care for its customers. The RN provides direct nursing care and supervises day-to-day nursing assistant activities. The role coordinates care plans, monitors residents, administers ordered medications and treatments, documents care, and communicates changes and concerns to physicians, families, and facility leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
• support care planning and conferences
• conduct daily rounds
• document care and resident responses
• complete admission, discharge, and transfer processes
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• monitor vital signs and obtain ordered tests
• notify physicians and families of changes
• maintain safety and follow facility procedures.
