What you'll do

• Assist with nursing department planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation
• help maintain policies and procedures
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services
• participate in surveys and care plan meetings
• support staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• conduct nursing department rounds
• monitor medication passes and treatment schedules
• provide direct nursing care as necessary
• support training, safety, infection control, and resident care documentation.
