The Assistant Store Manager — Columbia Area works onsite in Columbia, SC. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour plus tips. The role supports the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Team Members in delivering guest experiences and operational performance. The assistant manager helps lead restaurant operations, train and develop staff, maintain brand and food-safety standards, and support profitability. The role also leads the team in the Restaurant Manager’s absence and helps keep service, staffing, inventory, and cash processes on track.

What you'll do

• Perform restaurant team-member duties as needed
• lead team meetings and communicate goals and priorities
• oversee brand training and staff scheduling, training, validation, and certification
• maintain brand standards, recipes, and systems
• review guest feedback and support improvement plans
• assist with product rollouts, marketing, and promotions
• maintain safety, food-safety, and sanitation compliance
• support cost control, inventory, vendor orders, and labor scheduling
• recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop team members
• conduct self-assessments and action plans
• manage cash-control processes.
