Chief Investment Officer

The Chief Investment Officer role is remote within the United States, with a base salary of $175,000–$225,000+ per year depending on experience. The position is second-in-command at a growing real estate private equity platform spanning manufactured housing, small-bay industrial, self-storage, and RV parks.

What you'll do

• Serve as the CEO’s primary operating partner and leadership-team contact
• own portfolio and corporate P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• oversee execution across acquisitions, asset management, property management, construction, and finance/accounting
• help lead debt and equity strategy, financing, capital allocation, and leverage
• translate the CEO’s vision into execution plans
• build processes and teams
• address distressed assets or difficult market cycles
• and travel as needed across the portfolio.
