What you'll do

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, and material handling
• verify shipping and receiving documents and quantities
• operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• prepare shift reports
• coordinate with Production and Quality
• conduct cycle counts and inventories
• maintain accurate WMS records
• support WMS training and minor troubleshooting
• sustain 5S and lean warehouse standards.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred; forklift certification or ability to become certified; automotive or manufacturing warehouse, WMS, and lean/5S experience preferred.
