What you'll do

• Lead design teams and review work for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• manage project budgets and schedules
• conduct business development and due diligence
• establish design standards and specifications
• design projects and prepare reports
• participate in quality assurance and quality control
• perform Engineer of Record duties
• complete calculations, equipment selection, system design and layout, field investigations, and construction administration
• manage staff resources
• coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
