In partnership with families and colleagues, the role supports children’s individual development, independence, and school readiness.

What you'll do

• Actively supervise children and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment
• build respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• use classroom technology for communication and documentation
• observe, assess, and respond to developmental and learning needs
• implement curriculum and plan developmentally appropriate experiences
• maintain confidentiality and follow applicable program and licensing requirements.
