What you'll do

• Coordinate projects under manager supervision
• support project initialization, scoping, execution, and monitoring
• track work standards, contractor schedules, discrepancies, personnel, and communications
• maintain program documentation and meeting minutes
• arrange meetings and follow up on risks, issues, and action items
• monitor contracting and material procurement
• support project tracking procedures.
