What you'll do

• Manage staff laptop inventory, procurement, and rebuilds
• handle IT onboarding and offboarding, including training
• deploy and manage colocated server hosting environments
• implement security systems and standards
• deploy and maintain 24x7 platform monitoring tools
• document infrastructure and standards
• install and manage software and databases
• develop infrastructure asset workflows
• provide presentations, platform support, and training to internal and external clients.
