What you'll do

• Schedule and counsel leads and clients for procedures and office appointments
• follow up with leads by Zoom, phone, email, and text
• manage a lead list in HubSpot CRM and a Zoom calendar
• greet visitors and answer or refer inquiries
• support managers with client check-in
• take and post client payments
• send client thank-you and celebratory cards.
