What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the team
• oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience
• manage forecasts, budgets, labor, costs, and profitability goals
• review monthly P&L statements and present action plans
• recruit, train, and retain staff
• develop managers and succession plans
• drive sales and guest check average
• uphold service, culinary, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards
• oversee purchasing, invoicing, storage, and restaurant upkeep
• complete operational and HR paperwork
• lead manager meetings and use guest feedback to improve service.
