Residential Program Manager

The Residential Program Manager role is onsite in Oglesby, IL, for the duration of each training cohort. The salary range is $110,000–$120,000 per year. Evolution Solar is a semi-residential training program preparing system-impacted and equity-eligible participants for careers in renewable energy. The role helps participants build accountability, teamwork, and career readiness while coordinating residential needs with technical training and support teams.

What you'll do

• Manage daily residential operations during cohorts
• oversee orientation, check-in, schedules, house rules, and housing records
• coordinate facility maintenance and safety checks
• build cohort culture
• mentor participants and provide non-clinical support
• partner with foundation staff on life skills and support resources
• coordinate with instructors and operations on training schedules, attendance, transportation, logistics, and communication
• support safety protocols and incident reporting
• help evaluate and improve curriculum and program delivery.
