The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Brooklyn, New York. Pay is $29.36 per hour. CAMBA’s Atlantic House serves 200 single men and is part of the organization’s housing and support programs. The supervisor coordinates daily facility operations and staff to support client services, safety, and program outcomes. The role also responds to incidents, supports staff performance, and helps resolve conflicts respectfully.

What you'll do

• Supervise facility and operations staff
• ensure new-client orientation within 24 hours
• maintain adequate staffing and security equipment inventory
• secure valuables and medications
• observe and document medication self-administration as appropriate
• coordinate daily programming, rounds, and client care
• respond to complaints, incidents, and emergencies
• document and report situations
• resolve staff or client conflicts.
