What you'll do
- Create installation-generation activities in identified channels
- attend trade shows, events, and corporate events as assigned
- recommend ways to expand business reach
- promote CaptionCall service
- complete assigned service calls
- install and troubleshoot phones
- train customers on phone use and features
- maintain CRM records
- submit reports and interaction feedback
- maintain equipment and marketing supply inventory
- coach and mentor other department positions.
