What you'll do

• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems and related fixtures and equipment
• cut, thread, band, and install pipe for water, air, steam, gas, and chemicals
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fire and emergency equipment and systems including water treatment, chillers, HVAC, boilers, and hydraulics
• weld, braze, and cut
• install and maintain pumps, cylinders, and valves
• read blueprints and drawings
• assist maintenance personnel
• troubleshoot steam valves.
