Quality Assurance Tester

The Quality Assurance Tester is an onsite, full-time role in McLean, VA. Compensation is not specified. The tester develops and executes manual and automated tests, documents results, and reports defects to help verify application quality throughout sprint and release work. Collaboration with development, product, cloud, security, and business teams supports reliable releases and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Review user stories, acceptance criteria, designs, API specifications, data mappings, and AWS documentation
• create and execute manual and automated functional, system, regression, smoke, integration, API, database, data validation, and user acceptance tests
• analyze test results and logs
• document evidence and traceability
• log defects and verify fixes
• support CI/CD testing and release validation
• collaborate across technical and business teams.
