What you'll do

• Process new and used vehicle registrations and prepare tax and title documents
• submit legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• verify collected funds and lien payoffs
• prepare payoff checks, dealer trade bills, and Certificates of Origin
• track outstanding titles and report issues
• post vehicle sales and purchases
• process warranties and service contracts
• maintain dealer tag renewals and train colleagues on title procedures.
