What you'll do

• Provide member service according to defined standards
• listen to member questions and concerns and offer guidance or qualified referrals to appropriate products and services
• process transactions including check cashing, deposits, payments, withdrawals, inquiries, credit card advances, and night-depository transactions
• review activities for compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations including BSA, AML, and OFAC
• participate in required annual training
• balance assigned cash drawer
• perform end-of-day activities, filing, phone answering, and supply maintenance.
