What you'll do

• Merge engineering teams, skills, experience, and cultures across the product portfolio
• deliver technology modernization aligned with strategy, including SaaS deployments, breaking apart monolithic applications, advancing development ecosystems, and enabling cloud-first strategies
• lead executive-level technology discussions and decisions
• onboard companies and teams through mergers and acquisitions
• shape the Technology organization
• ensure continuous delivery of product features and enhancements
• direct module and release launches and cross-functional implementation
• ensure team practices align with expected values and culture.
