What you'll do

• Prepare materials for instructional sessions
• greet and engage students
• teach according to Sylvan program materials
• manage students, tasks, and time during sessions
• evaluate and record student progress
• encourage student engagement
• track earned tokens
• manage session wrap-up, learning logs, and transitions
• support student safety and well-being
• communicate student needs to center staff
• attend periodic staff meetings and ongoing training
• and complete certification training for each Sylvan program taught.
