What you'll do

• Direct nursing care activities during the assigned tour

• assess residents and report significant findings
• administer and control medications as applicable
• initiate emergency procedures
• oversee charge nurses and CNAs
• support resident and family relations
• maintain accurate records and comply with applicable requirements.
