Street Outreach Program Coordinator

The Street Outreach Program Coordinator role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with pay of $25–$28 per hour for a full-time, 35-hour workweek. The Center for Youth Services’ outreach work engages young people and connects them with services and referrals. The coordinator combines direct youth outreach and support with program leadership, including scheduling shifts, training interns and volunteers, supervising youth peer outreach interns, and coordinating Safe Place. The role also supports crisis response and tracks outreach activity and outcomes.

• Perform crisis intervention, case management, individual counseling, and youth advocacy
• conduct community outreach and connect youth with services and referrals
• schedule outreach shifts
• oversee service delivery and outcome tracking
• participate in the agency on-call rotation
• coordinate Safe Place
• train staff and youth peer interns
• participate in community committees as assigned.

Why this role
