What you'll do

• Create a warm, safe classroom
• collaborate with teachers on age-appropriate curriculum and lessons
• share daily milestones with parents
• guide play and learning activities
• model kindness and social skills
• plan a daily schedule balancing quiet time, active play, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine and gross motor development.
