What you'll do

• Conduct client-centered safety assessments and risk-management planning
• provide crisis intervention and direct assistance
• advocate for public entitlements and related needs
• provide referrals and linkages to shelters, mental health treatment, and other services
• assess and provide emergency practical assistance under agency policy
• maintain case records and outcome data
• participate in supervision, training, outreach, and educational presentations.
