Job overview

The Senior or Principal Scientist, Preclinical and Clinical Research role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with frequent travel to the Boston office and study sites; a Boston-based candidate may be considered if prepared to spend significant time in Philadelphia. The scientist develops and executes clinical and preclinical research plans, manages study operations, and supports regulatory submissions and FDA interactions. The work contributes to evaluating the system’s safety and efficacy and preparing for future clinical trials.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to study design, cognitive outcome measures, data analysis, publications, presentations, and grant applications
  • manage clinical and preclinical operations, including animal safety studies, protocol development, investigator relations, site coordination, patient recruitment, CRO management, monitoring, and reporting
  • build and maintain EDC systems, data management plans, and trial datasets with the data science team
  • support regulatory submissions and FDA interactions.
