The Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician Shift Lead works onsite in Mount Pleasant, SC; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

  • Monitor patient status, team capacity, and shift needs
  • manage workflow and adapt to changing conditions
  • assign and adjust shift roles
  • provide floor support
  • coordinate breaks and assist with conflict resolution
  • lead shift transitions and huddles
  • communicate and escalate issues
  • identify incidents and notable events
  • coordinate with hospital leadership on coverage, call-outs, and coaching.

Credentialed Veterinary Technician credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or enrollment in VEG’s Credentialing Support Program are preferred. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotating or as-needed basis.
