What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day operations and support for IT infrastructure and operations teams under the direction of experienced team members.
• Rotate through technical teams that include Network/Telecom, Security, and Compute platforms.
• Work with environments and technologies that may include Windows and Linux servers, virtual compute, network infrastructure, unified communications, firewalls, proxies, VPN platforms, and SIEM products.
