What you'll do

• Direct and instruct subordinate officers
• cross-train officers
• oversee shift staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect officer performance for quality and contract compliance
• make emergency notifications under site post orders
• assist with payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders
• recommend personnel actions and operational improvements.
