What you'll do

• Originate, manage, and supervise commercial loans
• maintain and improve asset quality
• develop new and existing business relationships
• cultivate agricultural and commercial clients in the Minot area
• review financials, assess risk, and structure loans
• monitor assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain documentation
• advise members and represent the credit union at industry and local events.
