This hands-on lead organizes the dental assisting team and keeps the clinical back office prepared and running smoothly. The role combines staff coordination and operational oversight with active chairside assistance to support patient flow and the dentist.

What you'll do

• Lead and organize the dental assisting team by delegating, training, maintaining standards, and following up. Keep operatories, sterilization, storage, supplies, instruments, equipment, and lab areas organized, clean, stocked, and treatment-ready. Prepare rooms, materials, lab cases, implant components, and specialty equipment
• oversee inventory, ordering, sterilization, equipment maintenance, and repairs
• assist chairside and support patient flow.
