The KidStrong Kids Coach role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour. The coach supports KidStrong’s parent-focused program for children from walking age through 11, focused on brain, physical, and character development. The coach delivers the KidStrong curriculum and engages children and parents in classes. The role helps children build physical and developmental skills while explaining the curriculum to parents and adapting to studio scheduling needs.

What you'll do

• Coach children in KidStrong classes
• engage with children and parents
• explain and educate parents about the curriculum
• apply knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• maintain CPR certification.
