Data Center Shift Supervisor

Job overview

The Data Center Shift Supervisor is an onsite role based in Marshall, VA. Compensation is $23.00–$26.00 per hour, and the role supports the security operations team in overseeing security personnel and ensuring site safety. This role exists to supervise security officers, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain high standards of security and customer service at client sites. The supervisor is responsible for training, scheduling, and performance management of the security team.

What you'll do

• Supervise security officers and lead officers
• ensure post orders are followed and reports are filed
• train personnel
• assist with payroll and scheduling
• meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met
• perform supervisory duties including hiring and performance appraisals.
