What you'll do

• Lead and manage a small crew
• operate striping and maintenance equipment
• drive and maintain a company box truck
• ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
• manage materials and truck inventory
• train and support crew members.
